  • Apr. 14, 2012 - Extra tickets for the welcome dinner and banquet can be purchased at the registration desk. Prices are as follows:
      - Additional banquet ticket - 75$ (85,000 KRW)
      - Additional welcome dinner ticket - 50$ (55,000 KRW)
    Cash and credit cards are both acceptable.

  • Apr. 10, 2012 - Some rooms are available at Seacloud hotel which is located in front of Novotel Embassador (venue site). Room rate is 99,000 KRW per night. Check-in and check-out dates are April 15th and 18th, respectively. Room reservation should be at least 2 nights. If you want to make a reservation for one of these rooms during the conference, please contact Prof. Joonho Kwon, one of local arrangement chairs.

  • Apr. 5, 2012 - To apply for our tour program, send total number of participants and their names to dasfaa2012@gmail.com no later than April 17, 2012. Confirmation email will be sent to you later.
      Notes:
        1. Tour program is FREE.
        2. Maximum number of tour participants is 35.
        3. First come, first served.
  • Mar. 14, 2012 - Since other big conferences will be held at the venue site during DASFAA 2012, we recommend the participants to reserve hotel rooms as soon as possible. Check 'Accomodation' page for nearby hotel information.
  • Feb. 28, 2012 - To participants who need a (visa) invitation letter, please contact the registration chair (Prof. Sanghyun Park, sanghyun@cs.yonsei.ac.kr) after registration.

  • Jan. 31, 2012 - The rate for the conference days (Apr 15, 2012 ~ Apr 18, 2012) are already confirmed with the hotel.

  • Jan. 10, 2012 - Paper reviews have been sent by emails to all authors. Acceptance rates of overall and full papers are 32.7% and 27.7%, respectively. Check out the 'Accepted Papers' page.

  • Jan. 10, 2012 - Some selected papers presented in DASFAA 2012 will be recommended to Special Issues of Data and Knowledge Engineering journal. The paper selection will be based on review results (70%) and a session chair's evaluation (30%).

  • Dec. 5, 2011 - Accepted workshop papers will be published as Springer's series with the main conference proceedings. The registration for the workshops will also be integrated into the main DASFAA 2012 conference (single registration for both workshops and conference).
