Call for Tutorial Proposals
The goal of the DASFAA 2012 Tutorial is to offer conference attendees and local participants cutting edge technologies on database systems & WWW technologies. DASFAA 2012 invites submissions for tutorial proposals on all topics covered by the conference.Instructions for Submissions:
We invite proposals for 1.5 hour tutorials from active researchers and experienced tutors. Tutorial proposals should be submitted in PDF via email to tutorials@www-db.knu.ac.kr by November 20, 2011. After acceptance, a one-page tutorial summary will be published on conference proceedings, and the tutorial slides will be made available on the conference website.
Each tutorial proposal should include the following:
- tutorial titlecontact
- information of the presenters: names, affiliations, addresses, emails, telephone numbers, and fax numbers
- short biographies of the presenters.

The acceptance decision of the proposals will be notified by the Tutorial chair by December 20, 2011. Tutorials will be presented during the main DASFAA conference as parallel sessions. The honorarium is $1000/1.5-hour tutorial (split among speakers).
