Conference Venue

DASFAA 2012 will be held at Novotel Embassador Busan in Haeundae Beach. It takes 25 minutes from downtown Busan and 45 minutes from Kimhae International Airport to reach the hotel. As it is ideally located in the center of spectacular Haeundae Beach, Novotel Ambassador Busan also ensures close proximity to the charming tourist points such as Dongbaek Island, Haedong Yonggung Temple, Busan Metropolitan Art Museum and Busan Aquarium. Since other big conferences will be held at the venue site during DASFAA 2012, we recommend the participants to reserve hotel rooms as soon as possible.

- Due to another big conference ( the expected number of participant are more than 5,000), we are currently under negotiation with the hotel for the day before and after.
- We will provide a confirmation or alternatives for the reservation as soon as a decision is made.
• 10% Service charge and 10% Tax will be added additionally.
• Basically 1 Room for 2 persons accommodated.
• Room cancellation should be before 3 days of arriving date and Late Cancellation or No Show is being charged 1 night room.
