We solicit proposals for tutorials for presentation at the APWeb 2010 conference. The topic of the proposals is not limited, but recommended, to the areas of call for APWeb 2010 research paper. Proposals are recommended to provide a meaningful summary of open issues in the topic.

The length of the tutorial is limited to 1.5 hrs. Proposals should also include contact information (at least, name, email, affiliation, and telephone number) and a brief (no more than 5 sentences) bio of the presenters. Tutorial proposals must clearly identify the intended audience and (if any) its assumed background.
